Self Competition Group: The only difference between the Self Competition Groups
and the Competition Groups is that we put the antigen in the Antigen-Mcherry fused
protein into the environment instead of the origin p185her2/neu ECD. (Take the Self
Competition Group of Mutant 1 as an example: We first put the scFv-eGFP fused
protein and Mutant 1-Mcherry fused protein together into the environment giving
them a short period of time to bind with each other. Then we put Mutant 1 (with no
protein fused with it) into the environment (in Competition Groups we put the origin
p185her2/neu ECD at this step). The FRET efficiencies in these groups are called Esco
and Esc(1-8).
